You will need:
**in this video I used pistachio and macadamia ***in this video I used raisins Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, nuts, dried fruit, zest and salt together. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla. Combine the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and mix until just combined. On a baking sheet, shape the batter into two logs, equal in height. Heat your oven to 350F (180C) and bake until tops are golden, about 20 minutes. Take the loaves out and place on a cooling rack for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, reduce the oven temperature to 325F (160C). Once the loaves have cooled for 10 minutes, slice them and lay the biscotti flat on the baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, between 10 and 15 minutes. Let the biscotti cool completely on cooling racks. Optional, drizzle or dip in melted chocolate. Enjoy responsibly. Happy baking! VOLUME MEASUREMENTS:
